Nail art has come along way from just painting the surface with plain, bright colors. At this time, not only that we see nail polishes that are loud and textured, the nails themselves are reshaped to something unique and absolutely trendsetting.
Today’s nail art collection is all about the shape and trendsetters call it in a rather terrifying way. Coffin nail art is a design in which the nails’ tip, with the right length, are cut straight, creating a plateau-like tip. It is called coffin because if look at it directly, the whole nail itself really looks like a standard coffin. With these, polish designs and accessories can be polarized creating effects like color gradient and one-sided saturation. Of course, plain polish painting is still very effective in this type of nail shaping, adding more glamour and sophistication not just for the nails but for the owner as well.
